Virtual

Your journey begins with a 10-week virtual phase, designed to build a strong foundation.

  • Schedule: Live Zoom classes every Tuesday and Thursday, 9am–2pm

  • Weekly Hours: 10 hours of live class time each week, paired with 15 hours of self-study, for a total of 25 hours per week and 250 total hours by the end of the 10 weeks.

  • Format: Interactive, instructor-led sessions (no pre-recorded content)

  • Designed For: Working professionals and career changers seeking a flexible yet rigorous entry into massage therapy.

This phase ensures you're well-prepared for the hands-on training to follow, combining flexibility with accountability to keep you on track.

Hands-on

Your training continues with a 10-week in-person phase, designed to build real-world skill, confidence, and clinical flow.

  • Schedule: In-person classes Monday through Friday, 9am–2pm

  • Weekly Hours: 25 hours of hands-on instruction each week, totaling 500 hours by the end of the 20 weeks (virtual included)

  • Format: Fully immersive, instructor-led training in a clinic-style setting

  • Designed For: Students ready to apply what they’ve learned and gain real experience working with bodies in motion and in pain
