DEEPACADEMY is a massage therapy training program based in Austin, Texas. The program is designed to help students become licensed massage therapists and prepare them for real, professional work in a clinical setting. In addition to training, DEEPACADEMY provides a direct pathway into paid employment at AUSTINDEEP for graduates who meet the program requirements.

It’s both.

The first half of the program is online, and the second half is in person in Austin.

The program is 20 weeks total, split into two phases:

• Weeks 1–10 (Virtual): Live Zoom classes every Tuesday and Thursday, 9am–2pm

• Weeks 11–20 (In-Person): Hands-on training Monday through Friday, 9am–2pm at our Austin campus

Both phases are required. The schedule is designed to keep the pace intense but doable, especially for students transitioning careers.

DEEPACADEMY was built as a training-to-career pathway, not a traditional tuition-based school. Instead of charging students upfront, we invest directly in their education, mentorship, and hands-on training.

By waiving tuition, we remove the financial barrier that prevents many talented, motivated people from entering the field — while ensuring we train individuals who are genuinely committed to growing with our team. In return, graduates who complete the program and obtain licensure commit to working at AUSTINDEEP for 12 months.

This model allows us to focus on quality, alignment, and long-term success, rather than volume or enrollment numbers.

The next cohort begins February 2026.

Graduates who complete the program and obtain licensure transition into paid massage therapist roles at AUSTINDEEP, provided they meet professional and performance expectations.

Massage therapy is hands-on and physically active. Students should expect to be on their feet, use their hands and bodies regularly, and engage in movement-based learning. We emphasize proper body mechanics and sustainable techniques to support long-term health.

No prior experience is required. We train students from the ground up.

Because tuition is waived through our employment pathway, traditional financial aid is not required.
